Kobkun Thai Spa® Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Kobkun Thai Spa®, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking  £30
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before your appointment time.
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 6 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule late may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to provide quality service to all clients and respect the time of our therapists.
