At Kobkun Thai Spa®, we value your time and that of our therapists. To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for everyone, please take note of the following policies:
- - A £30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled time.
- - If you cancel, reschedule with less than 6 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.
- - Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule late may be asked to pay in full upfront for future bookings.
- - We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to ensure you receive your full treatment time.
